This is by far the best pizza hut that I have been to in Dade and Broward. I called in an order yesterday and had the pleasure of speaking to shateria.She was extremely pleasant and very professional.When I walked in the restaurant, I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Clolette, and she was also extremely pleasant. My last interaction was with Shanice,she was just as nice.Needless to say,I was thoroughly impressed by these ladies' level of customer service!! 10 out of 5 stars
So this is the only store that ranges near my house. There is always and i literally mean always an issue...eirther the manager is not available or the driver called and no answer but yet they called me back to verify my address. This is like the 4 time I had an issue with this store. They are so unprofessional to the max. The customer service rep had me on hold for about 12 min and hung up about 3 times and told me why am I hanging up...unbelievable! Do not go or place an order w this store!!!!
