They should close the place down, the service is terrible.
This was supposed to be easy: order, pay, wait for the selivery. Something happened and I had to call PH. No muss no fuss the manager calmly pulled through and all is well. Thank you to Sheteria for your help and professionalism while handling the mix up on my order.
I order the 3 box deal. I received two boxes. When I call Pizza Hut in 3477 Nw 183rd St, Miami Gardens, FL 33056. They told me that the driver forgotten to take the third box. To call Uber Eats. They told me that they can’t do anything. The bill was almost $41. When I call Uber Eats. No one answered. It just a computer talking. So at the end we always lose and they don’t care. I will never use Uber Eats and but pizza hunts again.
The female manager/supervisor with the dark glasses working today at night time, is a great leader. I’ve seen her a few times. She’s attentive, on top of things, and supportive of the staff. Great service, fresh food, and quick turnaround
