We ordered at 7:21pm, it is 10:17pm now and I still have yet to get ahold of anyone via chat or the restaurant or the customer service line to advise we did not receive some of our items. The driver handed the food (which btw they have subbed out to Doordash so now you have a delivery fee + a driver tip on top of order pricing) and then turned to leave and I said where is the 2 liter and dips? Food came 45 minutes late, pizza hut said they couldn’t do anything for me. Also, my food was opened. Sad that I gave them a 25% tip. Will never be using this location again.
Order from here you are rolling the dice on ever getting your order. One time is a mistake, two times and that’s just bad customer service. Took over 2 hours to find out our order would never be delivered. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. The manager on 2/25/2025 was rude and short with me, then just blamed the delivery driver. No “sorry this happened”- nothing. Do yourself a favor and order from literally any of the 1000 other pizza places around.
