Worst customer service ever was told by Trent my card would be refunded. Then come to find out it never was called again spoke to George a manager and he literally said he couldn’t do anything to call at 9am to speak to Josh. Called at 9am store is closed this is the worse customer service ever!! I came home to visit so what’s the use of having a credit if I never will be back to use it!! Worst customer service

I love them but they got our order wrong. My fiance ordered pizza with bacon and extra cheese and instead they gave him a pizza with pepperoni and onions. Funny enough, my pizza was a bacon and pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and was to just be a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. No bacon. Oi vey. They really need to write down orders down correctly. I love them but they desperately need to listen and get people's orders correct.

Never a great experience going in here to pick up pizza, every time I go in they have a really difficult time locating my order in one of their two order holding ovens. Second the crew mates are very unfriendly not only to customers but while working together as well, the animosity that can be felt in the air as they struggle to compose themselves is crazy.
