dinner paid in full + tip, driver wouldn’t just leave it at my door, left with my food, and came back because i didn’t answer, even though according to the tracker it was still being made. you didn’t need to collect money, you just needed to drop it off. paid $40 for hassle.

I would leave 0 stars if I could! I did a mobile order at 11:30 this morning scheduled for 4:30 this evening. I got a notification that it had been delivered at 4:28. Nothing there. Waited until 4:50 go to the store to be told it’s on the way 5:30 still nothing delivery. Go back to the store to say I still had not received it. Asked them to just waive the delivery fee and tip I had already paid for and make a new order. Food is decent enough, but my god is that place FILTHY. If you saw the state of their make table, you’d never let that stuff enter your body. Everything is coated in a thick layer of grease/grime, and they really do hire anyone. It’s sad to see how truly unsanitary and unsavory it’s become, but that’s just how it is. There’s a reason all my friends and family get violently sick when we eat there.
