My food was supposed to be delivered at 6:09-6:19 I didn’t get it till 6:59. And that was only after I called to ask where my food was. Which they said, was already closed and delivered. When they got here 5 minutes later, my food was cold and stale. And this is why I don’t order Pizza Hut. I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe the app just doesn’t match the in-store wait time But why is my food cold?

Spending 40 dollars on pizza and waiting over an hour for cold pizza only to be told u have to bring your pizza and receipt to the store to replace it. I got it delivered for a reason. Disappointed

Don’t waste your time or your money . This was another disappointment after another chance. Got a hand tossed pizza politely asked for well done since there’s a pattern of the dough being undercooked. The pizza arrived with the pastey undercooked dough and is not even brown on top. No more.

It took 20 minutes to get our food and was sitting there at least 10 minutes before for and was cold when we ate after they told us it would be done in 5 minutes.
