Call in an order when I went there they never said they got the order. So I called the call center again and they just put me on hold and we're laughing

Will not order from them again,was basically forced to tip( paid by card )before I was handed all of my order ( I felt it was kind of a threat) the order was still wrong...Offer a smile and good service and a tip is not a problem...but considering my order was $104 and change and Im greeted with a grumpy woman with a bad attitude demanding a tip....I like the food and have been there many times but won't go back until changes are made...I know the poor experience is not the owners fault,customer service no longer exists in m... read more

Ordered the $2 tuesday personal pan pizzas. What a joke! They were baked in a pasta tin, the cheese was burnt. The pizza was not cut. It was greasy and soggy! Called another store to verify the baking process for these pizzas and was told they should have cooked them in a pizza baking pan, then cut and placed them in a personal pizza sized box. I will forward this experience to the District Manager, then the Regional Manager if needed. Maybe even the Area Manager over Northeast Ohio!
