First off, I don’t ever complain, and I rarely take the time to write a review, but my experience was so bad I want to warn others. So I ordered online with a delivery ETA of 20-40 min. After an hour and a half went by I called to find out what was going on with the order. Today my husband and I brought our kiddos in. Waitress wasn’t all that friendly. We ordered 10 breadsticks and salad bars to start before we ordered the rest. She came back took our order. We asked the 2nd time for salad (salad mix was out). She then brought us our melts before the breadsticks even. When she brought us our sticks. She brought us 5 and said oh wait u had 10 and had to go get another pan put in the oven. So even longer wait. Finally brought us our pizza and then told us she put salad in the salad bar.
