They forgot my mom and her boyfriends dinner and refused to believe we ordered it despite the total of it all. They didn't send us the food nor a refund and they even hung up on us! And we were neither rude or loud. Polite and mature. THEY were the ones who acted childish.
Jordan and the staff was amazing, the food was fast and fresh.
Always good food. Always good, speedy, and polite service. They are still getting even better. Last order all 5 pizzas were fresh and delicious, same with all 4 breadsticks. Been a while since we had had pizza hut and they did not let us down.
I placed an online order, so I'm not sure if I messed up or if maybe they accidentally did, but I called them and I talked to a very nice guy and he reassured me that they would make me a new one and deliver it. I was not expecting that at all. That is something that you never hear of anymore. I greatly appreciate it.
