ZaZa was excellent with service and a smile. She went above and beyond helping us with our orders.
Ok I’m going to say the service was amazing. I had an initial issue. And the manager Ms. Monica called and apologized. She made the situation right. That is what I call fixing a mistake. I usually do not have issues at this Pizza Hut as I had others. The one time I did. She was able to make it right. Thanks for the amazing customer service. And keep smiling Ms. Monica you are doing an amazing job!!!
They were so kind, the team there was definitely a breath of fresh air in what’s considered fast food today.
I honestly didn’t and haven’t had Pizza Hut in years, but I’m glad I stopped. A lady name Monica assisted me with the most pleasant energy I have yet to receive in Memphis at a fast food restaurant. Her aura alone spoke volumes. Pleasantly and happy to help me and patient when I didn’t know what I wanted . I’m 1000% sure I’ll come back . Thank you Monica for all you do . It was more than just grabbing food . It’s an experience.
