I’m honestly shocked. I placed a pizza order by phone, and by mistake I forgot to mention the toppings I wanted. I called back within about 10 minutes to fix it, and the employee who answered was very rude. She told me the pizza was already ready and that they would “lose money.” I asked her if she was serious because I didn’t understand what money she was talking about.
