How does Pizza Hut stay in business in Augusta? Every time we order, they screw something up. I quit going there, and I then have a craving and give them another chance since Dominoes makes me sick any time I order from them. This time it was atleast a year since I last ordered. I quit calling them and complaining since management in the past has been utterly useless. What happened to our local store? They used to be great.
Not impressed. We never did get waited on, just our pizza and a single drink bright to us. No refills offered, no asking if we needed anything. We had to go get our own silverware and plates. Employee just huddle in conversation, basically ignoring us.
