I placed an online order at 11:09 AM with a scheduled pickup time of 11:24 AM. I arrived around 11:35 AM understanding it might be a bit busy, so I was patient. However, my order wasn’t ready until 12:10 PM — nearly an hour after placing it. When I brought the pizzas to the car, I noticed that 3 out of 4 pizzas had no cheese or toppings.
