I keep giving this place on Summer Ave in Memphis a chance because I usually love pizza hut .... but the pizza has NEVER been cooked properly. I've always had to bake it in order for it to be even safe to eat. The most recent order was for the pull apart cheese bites crust pizza with only a couple toppings .... it was so undercooked on the bottom that I gagged 🤢 Seems like it's just the location closest to me .... because I've never had this issue in Florida and North Carolina .... but this place needs to get it together pl... read more
The RGM was very friendly and helpful and very patient with me and that is a very important characteristic to have.
It was nice and clean in the restaurant. I had a very inviting and welcome atmosphere the manager. Kelly was very helpful even helped us go online to order the best deal The manager really made us feel at home
the food is great the staff is the best miss kelly is a great always willing to help
I love the food and the manager is very nice and good customer service.
