There is no other place to buy pizza thats better than pizza hut
Ordered food Friday night for my son and grandmother for delivery. Waited 2 hours and finally called to check to see how much longer it would be. The lady who answered the phone would not even let me get my name through and just started spouting names and saying she didn’t even see my order then proceeded to tell me it’s on the way and they are having to use door dashers as driver, still never got my name. Absolutely never ever order from the Pizza Hut. I placed my hours 3 1/2 hours ago for delivery at 7 PM. At 7 PM I was told via the app that my order was an hour away still. When I called and she said there was nothing she could do. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order and was told they do not give refunds and said that I would need to come to the store in order to talk to a manager.
