Ordered online. I pulls to the drive thru and no one acknowledge me in the drive 3 workers saw me waiting and never came to the window
Fast friendly staff and great service super fast and overall professional
The last three times I visited this location either my order was wrong or it was not ready on time. Today my pizza was not even in the oven 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund and they offered me rewards points and said i couldnt get a refund. I had to get out of the drive thru and go inside where there was another lady who's order was due and they told her there were still three orders ahead of hers before they cooked it. I got my refund. If I could give negative stars I wound. Management needs to clean house. A pizza should never take over an hour no matter how busy. Especially when I look in the back and there are no pizzas in the oven. If you're that busy the oven should constantly pump out orders. Do better
