The pizzas were supposed to be ready at 515pm yesterday. We got there at that time and they said they just needed to finish cutting the pizzas. 10 minutes later they say actually they forgot to make one of the pizzas for us, but they will have it ready in 10 more minutes. 12 minutes after that I see there are 3 employees taking a smoke break outside (one of them was the guy who was supposed to be helping me) for about 5 minutes. Another great experience and great food
I’m the person that’s going to keep Pizza Hut in business because I love their pizza! Growing up Pizza Hut was my favorite pizza and still is.. S/O to the general manger for being kind and showing good customer service towards me. The food came out in a timely manner, the transaction went well and I was off to enjoy my pizza that was made with TLC!
