I placed an order for Carey out with the app, including tip. I went in to get my food and it wasn’t ready so I waited. When I checked in the GM took my tip out of the cash register and put it in his pocket. I watched him do this with tips from 4 other customers. It’s wrong that a GM will take all the tips and not share it with the people he manages and gets lower pay. It was upsetting to see this.
