Our order was almost an hour late almost cold when we finally got it and our order was not complete they were items missing, impossible to get a hold of anybody to explain what happened because everything goes through a call center where nobody speaks English, overall extremely dissatisfied with call center and with the inability to report the problem and get our order fixed on top of we had to microwave our pizza to warm it up when we finally got it, this is completely unacceptable and there's no way to register a complaint... read more

Never have I ever had such horrible experience with a pizza shop. Pizza Hut! You can't standby your word of excellent pizza Everytime when you out source customer service issues. Ordered 1 3-topping (pep, bacon, green pepper) pan pizza, wings, and breadsticks through website. Got a 3rd party delivery alert and received 1 lrg pizza in 2 separate with 2 toppings (pep and banana peppers) with regular crust. I called the delivery driver and she sent me to the store. If your order is wrong or you’re missing food, you’re out of luck and money. I ordered online. They used a third party (DoorDash) to deliver. Part of my order was missing, so I was told to call the store. You absolutely cannot get ahold of anyone! The call routed to the call center after attempt to transfer to the store 4 times: the call center only takes orders. I was given the corporate number, that has an automated system instructing to call the store. My food was also undercooked.
