A mistake with there "machine" charged my card more than once for a large order. When I called to speak to the manager she was very rude and unprofessional at the least. She refused to return my money and only offered a credit for the meal. Considering the food was terrible, I simply wanted my money returned. After 10 minutes of back and fourth I simply hung up.
