Ordered 1 pepperoni pizza at carry out window. Two young gentleman working decided the window was too busy so they picked up and hung up the phone each time a call came for an order. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. After 35 minutes, I insisted that they ask where my pizza was and I'm told they are getting it out right now. After 45 minutes and still no pizza, the manager comes and tells me they served my pizza to other customers.
