Went to this location to order some food for my family tonight and there were a few people waiting including a delivery service employee. There were Pizza Hut employees there and no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, just kept on moving around like we didn’t matter. The absolute worst I’ve been on hold for a hour just to cancel a order & have yet to speak to a store manager only have spoken to 3-4 employees from the call center
Absolutely not a very good experience at all. Both pizzas were burnt, called got hung up on and came to the store for a refund and was denied and then had to wait another 20 minutes for 2 more pizzas. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut location!
Order through app for delivery. Boneless wings rock hard and stale a few were the size of a nickel. They forgot to send the 2 liter mt dew. Used DoorDash to deliver it even the driver couldn’t take the time to look at receipt to make sure everything was there.
The best pizza in Orlando and the service there from the entire team is wonderful.
