This is the worst place ever to order delivery. The last 3 times we ordered from here we are missing items. This time we ordered 2 wings, cheese bread, cinnamon rolls, lrg pizza and a melt. We only received a melt, 1 wing and cinnamon rolls. Then the would not redeliver. So I went up to get a refund as I will never buy here again. The manager on duty was an idiot and had no idea how to do a refund for missing food items. Said I would have to take a gift card or come back when another manager was there. ordered delivery. they were missing an item. had to wait on hold 30 mins to get replacement item. they said they'd deliver it and it was fine, to not worry about payment. item gets here and they demand $22 or we can't have it. item ended up getting sent back. never got the item because they expected us to pay $22 for one set of wings we ALREADY PAID FOR. tried to call the store and they kept hanging up on me for over 2 HOURS. had to use my boyfriends phone to call, which this store STILL never answered after 30 mins. we had ... read more

Me and My husband were their Sunday night,and this location was out of most ingredients to make the food. But Aliena, and Dre were amazing!! Hustling, and being so kind despite the situation. Huge shout out to them both, employees like them really remind you what great customer service is. Keep up the incredible work!! P.S. both deserve a raise!!!
