Consistently gets order wrong and does nothing to correct it.
What an Horrific experience. My kids were hungry so my wife ordered food from here. We had a driver turn up with one item, we ordered 9 items. We sent him back to get the order, meanwhile we called the store and they said they do not do refunds so they put us through to corporate and they said "we are not refunding you" they put the phone down. our delivery driver then said he will be 10 minutes and sent us a picture of his car getting a jump start haha seriously cannot make this stuff up. he then came to our house with 2 mo... read more
My experience tonight was horrible. I was not greeted when I walked in to get my order, no one said anything to me, I told them I was there for my order the guy turned around went back to the ovens and continued his conversation with his coworker. I ordered a large pesto Margherita tavern style pizza and cheesesticks. I got my pizza and it was an old pepperoni pizza that must have been lying around the store all day. HORRIBLE customer service. Waited over 2 hrs for my pizza to be delivered on a Thursday and ended up canceling cause it never showed up. I won't be patronizing PizzaHut in the future. They have mediocre food and terrible service.
