First and last time ordering from the Elwood location. Ordered for delivery, said it would be 40-50 min.....2 hrs later our "food" arrived via door dash instead of a Pizza Hut driver...Pizzas cold and raw, Pops warm, 3 of the 4 pizzas had white sauce that was draining off of them like water on concrete, bread sticks were half a pizza crust with no toppings and wasn't cut. The dog wouldn't even eat any of it. $100 in the trash and we all ended up at McDonald's at 9pm to get some kind of food that was at least edible.

I ordered two custom pizzas and both of them were raw. The pizza looked delicious but once we bit into it. It was just raw dough. The boneless wings were a little punk inside. Everything was hot so I just assumed it would be cooked right. Now it was just money down the drain. The lady upfront was very nice though, very friendly.

Will not be using this location anymore. Have had issues here and there in the past. Went to pick my order up tonight as it said it was ready in the app and on their screen in the front lobby. Paid for my order and was immediately told the delivery driver had taken my order to a delivery customer and they could remake it in 30 minutes or I could get a credit to be used at a later date. Asked for a refund and cashier told me she "didn't know how to do it." So no pizza, no money-back. Just a credit I can use to give someone el... read more
