Stop letting your employees try to strong arm tips at the drive thru window. I paid online for my $10 pizza and specifically chose not to tip. Employee can see this on the ticket and still pushes the credit card machine out the window and asks if I want to tip with an assertive voice. Tip for what? The pizza you cooked that you already got paid to cook? I got dressed and drove up there to pick up my food myself. The place not very clean, I was attended by a very young teen (Matthew) not very skilled in customer service, and sanitation, to the manager in this location, your personnel need more training, having many places to go this one is not my favorite anymore
