I had a fantastic experience at the Pizza Hut in Crossroads, Texas. The service was absolutely top-notch from the moment I walked in. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and very attentive. I especially want to highlight the young lady at the front counter—she had Asian features and was incredibly kind and professional. I would NOT recommend ordering delivery from this location. I ordered through the app for delivery and my order was incomplete. I ended up trying to get hold of the store to let them know I was missing an item and they never answered (called for 30+ mins). I had to drive all the way to the store to get my missing drink and not even a sorry. Definitely poor customer service.
Went thru the drive thru, ordered the Alfredo. It was good for fast food. The drive thru person was very y nice you don't order until you get to the window unless you do a mobile order ahead of time. It is a diners in pizza hut as well.
