The drive thru window was closed last night. We went inside to the lobby to get our order. The pizza was good, but the customer service from Hannah was great! She was doing an awesome job answering phones and tending to us in the lobby. :)
The food was great, the service I received was even better. Thanks to the manager Tabatha for being so patient, kind and understanding
Place my order on line, showed up a little early so I could pick up as soon as it was done. I waited 20 mins after the time it said it would be ready before I received my food. Just to still receive cold food. I also noticed on the app at the time my food should have been ready they marked it as they gave it to me. I will never go back to this location.
Not only is the food good, but they also make things right when something goes wrong. Thank you Pizza Hut for showing kindness to people during these hard times everyone is facing. Cory-
