Worst service and most rude staff I've ever encountered. No wonder you chumps are going out of business.
No longer a dine Inn restaurant and the pickup window is out of order. Standing in the restaurant with the covered windows and no tables is depressing.
Terrible service. Sat there for 20-30mins after calling 30mins prior just to be told I didn’t have an order placed ( which I did ) then told i would have to wait longer for a manager, i ended up walking out. Please get better employees.
The people are incompetent, I placed an order for one Large pepperoni and bacon pizza at the Jonesboro location. I was told 15-20 mins. I arrive at the location, tell them my name and they go in the back. I sit there for 10 mins ( keep in mind I called 30 mins ago and came late because I know their never on time) and listen to door dashers talking about how their order was supposed to be ready 20mins ago, this place never has good service, and always is insanely late.
