The past couple of years this place has been pretty terrible as far as quality & consistency, even for chain pizza places - at least in our experience. Which was probably 3 orders a year for at least 3-4 years; the personal pan is my youngest child’s favorite pizza, so even a bad order will be repeated for a kid :) The service actually hadn’t been awful - it always sounded like they had young, overwhelmed, short staffed people there to me.
