Today, Sunday, my group had the most inadequate service! Had to get waitress attention to order. I don’t know whose fault but was told 3 orders had to be redone. Brought us the ‘mistakes’ and said we wouldn’t get charged for them. One of them was still wrong the second time!!! And on top of that some of the bills were messed up. With all this nothing came out together!!! Very incompetent help or training. Sad. No apology. Won’t be back. New place coming!
Ordered online, got a confirmation email. Half an hour after delivery time, the app said it was still in the oven. Called the store, and they claimed there was no order and nothing they can do about it: no food, no refund, no nothing. What a crock.
Our waiter was awesome. Four of us got the buffet. The selection wasnt the greatest but what we had was still pretty good. I just wished they'd put out more premium options. If 4 of us would have ordered 2 largest we would've saved money and got what we wanted.
Service is very hit and miss. You either get great service or none. Food has been good, if you make it that far. Last visit all we could get was blank stares. Finally left to go find some food.
