Today is July 14th 2025. I went to my local neighborhood Pizza Hut for the buffet I go in and there's a sign it says. Please wait to be seated. The lady behind the counter looks at me doesn't acknowledge me and doesn't seat me. There's three other people in the restaurant total she proceeds to go over to a table get a stack of dishes and take them to the kitchen where I can hear her wrestling around with them. They have very tasty pepperoni rolls and cinnamon bites :)
It took over 2 hours to get my order. The food was cold by the time it arrived Upon speaking to the manager the next morning he offered to replace my order that day or give me a full refund I chose the refund and was very pleased with how the manager handled the situation and the end result
