Our Bessemer City Pizza Hut experience tonight... 6/1/2018 My husband called in a delivery order at 6:15. He ordered 1 medium pan cheese pizza with parmesan garlic crust, 1 veggie lovers thin crust, 1 pan chicken alfredo, and a tray of brownies. He was told 50 minutes for delivery. At 7:15, the delivery driver rolls up my driveway with 1 medium thin crust veggie, 1 medium pan with alfredo and cheese (no chicken) and a pan of brownies. Always awesome customer service. Everyone is super friendly from the mangers down to the drivers. Always early on the delivery time.
They messed up my pizza the first time to a sauce I'm allergic to and they brought back the accurate pizza but it looks like the driver took the pizza and shook it ..no cheese and spilt everywhere I'll stay with papa Johns
