I frequent this store a lot because I live & work nearby and it’s convenient. However, the last time that I came in, Brandon made me feel extremely uncomfortable by asking personal questions that I can’t repeat on here. He let it be known that he has been watching me late at night at my business and kept asking me invasive personal questions. I will be following up with corporate and with the Police too if this continues. I shouldn’t have to be harassed when I order a pizza. I will not be coming in to this location ever agai... read more

This store is THE WORST. I ordered through the Pizza Hut App but they now deliver through Door Dash. Since my order was done on the Pizza Hut app there’s no tracking info, but I later received a message the store gave my order to a different driver who must have stolen my order. I called the store and they said “Oh. We don’t have our own drivers anymore so you need to call Door Dash.” They took no responsibility at all. The last time I went in person, the Manager on Duty was underneath the counter sleeping.

I ordered a carry out special from here, Monday evening. 03/23/26 I have my credit card linked with Paypal. So, I get an email showing me the transaction, in the amount of $10.70. The carry out special, (STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE) is advertised as: Any Pizza, Up To 5-Toppings for $10. No problem. I placed my order, and specified that I wanted the pan-pizza. I requested if they can cook the pizza well-done. That didn't happen. The person working the counter just handed me the box and didn't bother showing me my pizza. So, I get ... read more
