I ordered delivery from the Pizza Hut app. The app chose the store. Placed order, 25 minutes later get a notification that it has been delivered. Checking front door-nothing. I called the store and they said it was still out for delivery. Waited 40 more minutes and called the store back. I was expecting and apology and for them to make it right. This location has poor customer service. I accidentally placed a pick up order then called the store to have it switched to delivery. They agreed but never delivered the pizza. After almost 2 hours I went to the store and the manager tried to give me a cold pizza and wings. They lied and said it was remade. After requesting it be remade again it was remade and the quality of the wings were subpar to say the least. The order had already been paid for with a 20% tip. We ordered carry out and got a supreme with no mushrooms. We got the pizza home and it had mushrooms. We called and the lady was very nice and told us they are making us a new pizza. When I got there they were very apologetic and we all had a good laugh and left on a good vibe. Point is even though it was a mistake made they fixed the issue with no hesitation. We are all human at the end of the day and we all make mistakes that can be fixed.
