Equipment needs servicing. At the location we visited the impinger cooks unevenly (top of crust didn't rise vs bottom of crust which indicates a heating issue) and the food warmer left our pizza box soggy and our pizza barely warm. If that is the standard across Pizza Huts then it's not worth your time or money. Oh, and the pizza crust is beyond bland.
