I’ve been a loyal customer with Pizza Hut for a long time and have placed over 100 orders in just this year alone. My issue wasn’t the mistake itself it was the way the situation was handled. You know, these poor employees are getting paid minimum wage and it kinda shows. They're quite mellowed out and lack enthusiasm... the food could definitely be better, and the folks could be better paid to serve as an incentive for attitude. Very noisy place with no attempt to hide kitchen.

Tbh this place is always striving nd sometimes they might have hard/long days but cliff and his crew members Keep pushing forward they always have my order ready on time and if not I really don’t mind the wait at all ,they even greet me even when im having a bad day sometimes so I appreciate them all
