One person working No dine in even tho they have tables set up Looks dirty.
2nd time they forgot my sauces. Time before that they forgot my breadsticks. Time before that they gave me a mushroom pizza, didn't realize til I got home. I'm allergic to mushrooms smdh. Said I would get store credit. Never did. I'm about to start going somewhere else for now on. I'm a regular customer. I spend 100s for this to keep happening an nothing ever gets resolved.
I Called and spoke with Erica who is the GM of this location on western. she is awesome by the way!!!!! the issue is that the business doesn't open until 3pm Monday thru Thursday. which there are a lot of corporate business in the area. school is letting out soon not to mention all the traffic for workers from construction highway work and amazon. you guys are missing out on a lot of money. and missing a lot of customers. Pizza was doughy and I was supposed to have a refund but they lie about a refund horrible service
