I placed my $35 order online and received a prompt to call the store to confirm my order. I called the store to confirm my order only to find out that they never received it. However, the money was taken out of my account. I spoke with the manager and was told there's nothing they can do and that my money will be returned at some point in the future. Now my family goes without dinner tonight. Thanks a lot pizza hut.
Love this location. Never busy and always friendly service. Atmosphere at Pizza Hut has been ruined ever since they did away with the red and white checkered table cloths and candles. They also did away with beer sales and buffet. I would go a lot more if these things were brought back. Recent visit to the Pizza Hut on N Maize Rd. Ruined Pizza Hut for me.
