I’m very frustrated with Pizza Hut and will no longer be giving them my service. I will be taking my business to papa John’s up the road. I ordered on the app on May 12th, 2026 and used my points to pay for my pizza. When I arrived at the store to pick my pizza up the employee told me that I had to pay and I told her I already used my points to pay for it she then said they no longer accept that coupon code and I would have to pay so I paid for it and contacted customer service to attempt to get my points back and they told ... read more
