I just visited the Pizza Hut store in Lynn, where I am a regular customer. A woman with Latina features displayed xenophobic behavior over the phone when I asked her—since I knew she spoke the language—to please speak to me in Spanish. After leaving me on hold for 30 minutes, I went to the store in person, where she treated me disrespectfully simply because I had requested to speak in Spanish. The pizza is consistently tasty and the crust is always a highlight, but I’ve noticed that the service can be a bit slow during busy times. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which makes up for the wait. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a casual meal.

Great food and friendly service! The pizza was delicious, with the perfect amount of toppings, and the crust was just right. I loved the vibe of the place, and I can't wait to come back for another slice!
