Really good and doesn't take too long to finish making
I’ve never had such a bad experience such as the one that I had at the Lynn mass Pizza Hut location. The pizza was old and dried out. The customer service was not very good. I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes before someone came to the front. The lobby was dirty, including a person who appeared to be homeless Just hanging out there.
I would like to thank the night clerk for her service on 02/14/25. Last night, at 11pm, I stopped by to buy a pizza, and this lady was very kind to me and my husband. She noticed that we were Brazilian and said that she spoke a little Portuguese. She explained everything to us and helped us choose the pizza topping. I wanted to do this review because normally on a Saturday, at 11pm, we never get good service. The employees are always rude, making it seem like they hate working and blaming the customer.
