UPDATE: Previous review was a one off. Great service! Original post: Dashing for a mutual customer and had to ask for napkins. The employee said nothing and tended to a drive thru so, I waited silently till she was done. She looked at me like "why are you still here?" So I said, "napkins?" And she said, "huh?" So I projected my voice louder and repeated for the third time, "napkins" and she said, "I heard you" so I asked, "why did you say 'huh?' Then?"
