Who ever answered the phone at pizza hut on West Oglethorpe Hwy in Hinesville Georgia was rude and unprofessional. First of all, he didn't know any of the products that were sold at his location. When asked about the product, he responded with a negative attitude and hung up the phone rudely. Because of his actions I will proceed not to purchase anything from this company. I rather do business with your competitors. I am very disappointed with your customer service and business.

Fix Your Customer Service — This Was Ridiculous I went back to the store because my order was wrong — I ordered the Cheesy Bites Pizza with the Ranch Lover’s Flight, and the sauces were wrong. Not a huge deal. I just wanted to swap one out. But the attitude I got over something that simple was insane.
