The manager seems to micro manage too much. I he cashier and other employe seemed to be happy before he was at the store.
Passing through and felt like pizza for lunch. The cashier was very nice and helpful. Our pizza was ready pretty quickly and it was good. Maybe not the best Pizza Hut pizza we’ve ever had, but no negative complaints either.
Such an irresponsible guy at the cashier. I waited for my order for hour for no reason. He had the order in the warmer and thought Its not ready and I waited for a hour. There were more than 6 other customers waiting. And he was wearing AirPods, not answering customer questions.
Terrible customer service. The cashier only rang me up for a Pepsi and not the pizza that I ordered via the app and chose to pay at the store, i didn’t pay too much attention while paying and left without a receipt, when they called me to inform me that he didn’t charge me for the pizza and to come back and pay.
