So this location is closed Sunday (I ordered online through PizzaHut.com, and the order went through because they “appeared open” as they likely didn’t alert anyone of the Sunday closure- on purpose in my opinion). After not getting my order in 50 minutes and seeing no progress on the order online, I called the store. Was visiting and went to go order around 11 because at the time the google hours said the store was open till midnight, got there around 11:15 to the store being closed, the next morning I got an email that my order was ready so I tried to call and got transferred to customer service and they told me the store was shut down for maintenance and there was nothing they could do about the charge on my bank account, I asked to speak to someone a little higher because there’s no reason the store should even be able to accept order... read more
I ordered the big box and bread sticks $65.00 through doordash. I didnt receive anything I ordered I received 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. I called the manager and he said he couldn't help me but talk to doordash. I said this is just a courtesy call to let you know what your people are doibg to wreck your business. He again told me to call doordash and I pushed him twice to see if he would say he is sorry snd he finally did. After reading other bad reviews I recomend no one to order pizza from this Ill gotten place. -10
