Pizza was still not delivered, 20 minutes past the estimated window. When I called they stated the pizza was probably 2 minutes out. Still no pizza, and the employee could not provide any additional information. As they transferred me to a manager, per their suggestion, they yelled, "we got another one." The manager was rude, told me their app doesn't sync with orders so estimates and delivery times will be wrong frequently. Also, my order was incorrect when I opened it. So be aware if you order pizza from here!

Came with the Mrs. to dine in. No one was there to greet us at the door, so we just seated ourselves. Waited 10 minutes and still saw no one in the restaurant. We left since waiting 10 minutes without even seeing an employee is ridiculous.

I placed an order online and accidentally placed the order at the wrong location so I called and asked if I could either transfer it to the location by my house or cancel. They cancelled my order for me but when I went to place the order again all my rewards points were gone so I called and asked if they just keep the order so I could still use my points and they were not willing to do so. So I lost all my points and never received anything. Needless to say we went somewhere else for pizza and will not be returning.

Order $35 worth of bone-in wings on 8/15. What they delivered was $20 worth of boneless wings. When we called back to let them know the "manager" didn't belive us and said she knew they were correct because "she made the order". When we offered to send pictures she again replied "I don't need pictures, I made the order". She would not do anything except send out more product, which would have arrived 1.5-2 hours after originally ordering.
