I’m not sure if the man with the glasses in the gray shirt was the manager, but he and another coworker in the red shirt with brownish blonde hair were very rude. I’m not sure if the situation was racially motivated and I’d hate to accuse someone of such poor behavior, but when I walked in I greeted him and showed him I had a DoorDash for pickup and I told him I’d be back to get my second pizza bag out of my car, since the orders I came to pick up were still being prepared. I ordered pepperoni and got plain cheese pizza. Why did I pay tip for wrong order take out? Weird parking spots and missing pepperoni. No reason to go again.
The quality of the pizzas I ordered from here were horrible. So oily & almost raw. My most recent experience included my pizza being given to a person who was not me so I had to wait for another pizza to be remade just for it to taste horrible. Not to mention Dominos is cheaper with better taste. Never coming back here again. Maybe it’s just Pizza Hut in general going downhill.
