Ordered online and went to store for pick up time still order was not ready and waited 40minutes and still got wrong pizza.
Went to have a dine in service to find out they have a large dining room yet no dine in service. Told us they didn't even have menus except the one on the screen. The attitude from the only employee that appeared to be on was nothing short of disrespectful like he didn't want the hassle of my business so we left. Tim Sparks needs to take over this one and restore it to its glory of when the employees WANTED customers. Absolutely disrespectful. I order pizza and i never get delivered i already call a multiple times and just get tranfered to other stores very bad service dont order pizza here
Absolutely pathetic customer service. Ordered delivery directly through the Pizza Hut website, waited almost an hour, then found out the store refused to give the order to the DoorDash driver because he didn’t have a hot bag — for a delivery that’s literally less than 5 minutes away. So instead of using common sense, they let the food sit there getting cold. Then the employee gets on the phone acting disrespectful and arrogant, saying “I don’t care what you say”.
