My husband ordered a pizza with stuffed crust and extra sauce and tipped ahead of time. When we got it home, we found there was no stuffed crust or extra sauce. He put in a complaint and we never saw any kind of coupon or refund for the amount that was overpaid. I will never pre-tip again. Check their work if you're doing carry out.
Never have I had Pizza Hut this bad! It was like cardboard pizza! The stuff crust was the best! Even adding more cheese didn't help!
I asked to make a last minute change to my order and the lady who helped me was so nice about it! I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. But Thank you! It was delicious!
They need to add a 0 stars option. I ordered for delivery on the phone for dinner and was advised it’d take 30 minutes. The order was not late.. it NEVER came. Provided my card number on the phone and now I’m sketched out. Big waste of time Pizza Hut.
