Manager was rude after the store canceled the order two hours after not being delivered and still has not released the charges on my card holding $79 with no explanation. The driver was offered to be paid cash tip if he would just bring the food he picked up and got no answer called and spoke with the store and they just hang up

No hordenes por esta tienda hordene mi pizza alas 1:30 pm para que me la entregaran en mi trabajo alas 3:55 pm me marcaron alas 3:30 distiéndame q llegarían 2 minutos tarde les pregunté antes de las 4 pm si por seguro ay estamos y Marco alas 4 pm y me disen que llegaran tarde en 10 a 15 minutos les por segunda ves digo la tienda esta a 3 minutos en carro no son confiables 11/09/25 me quise dar la oprtunida pero esta ves esta peor usa esta perdiendo todo las franquisisas. Absolutely horrible experience. Food was delicious but customer service, holy crap. So i go in. Try to use the restroom. Woman's was locked so I used the men's. I come out, walk to the counter, see a young man in the back unloading a box of something onto the table behind the pizza oven. I said "hello?" And waved my hand Several times. The male employee did not respond or look up. He had a single ear bud in his ear and there was music blaring over a speaker.
