I made a call to order when I was done ordering the lady that had answered was very rude and when asking to repeat my order she had hanged up on me. I called back to have it repeated and the guy that answered was very rude as well, both employees had poor customer service.
Asked for thin crust, got square, regular. The person I spoke to didn't speak much English. Conclusion: don't ring your orders in.
I have mixed feelings about this place order one time, and everything is totally messed up with your order. Order another time, and everything is awesome. I attribute these issues to the high turnover rate this location has. Pizza Hut prices are pretty much ridiculous, very inflated nowadays it is up to you to decide what you think but I bet you will form an opinion just like mine so good luck to you.
I originally called in to the call center and was THANKFULLY transferred to the store where Aaron and manager Stacey TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME They both went above and beyond to help me straighten out my issue and sent my delivery right out! They have my business for life They did not have to stay on the phone with me explaining everything to me, rebooting their computer to accommodate my hungry self but they did and I am very appreciative!
