Absolutely horrible experience. Food was delicious but customer service, holy crap. So i go in. Try to use the restroom. Woman's was locked so I used the men's. I come out, walk to the counter, see a young man in the back unloading a box of something onto the table behind the pizza oven. I said "hello?" And waved my hand Several times. The male employee did not respond or look up. He had a single ear bud in his ear and there was music blaring over a speaker. I made a call to order when I was done ordering the lady that had answered was very rude and when asking to repeat my order she had hanged up on me. I called back to have it repeated and the guy that answered was very rude as well, both employees had poor customer service.

Asked for thin crust, got square, regular. The person I spoke to didn't speak much English. Conclusion: don't ring your orders in.
