I like this Pizza Hut in Liberty but my pizza wasn't right so I just haven't been back I don't have a lot of money
Placed an order at 4, accidentally put carry out instead of delivery, called at 4:31, lady answer the phone super nice said she can fixed the problem and I should get my food in 20 minutes. At 5 I still hadn’t gotten it so I called, a different lady answers the phone and transferred me to the store. No response for over 30 minutes. Called multiple times and no response from anyone. And I still haven’t gotten my food or refund. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
THIEFS…….. Ordered $121.33 worth of pizza for 6 people after a soccer game June 20th 2025. Never received our pizza. Pizza Hut said our pizza was delivered but the hotel we stayed in pulled camera footage and a delivery wasn’t made that night. Cassie the manager was nice the next day and informed me her boss said I would be getting a refund. Here we are going on a month without a refund or so much as a call. 0 stars for these thief’s.
