I left a review on Pizza Hut which made me want to come here and personally say, “Thank you Abraham and what an exceptional service you provided. Seemingly being a one-man show. Must not be easy especially around noon time and knowing how much people love pizza Speaking for myself of course. Keep up the great work! A good work ethic does NOT go unnoticed. Used a T-Mobile Tuesday on the app and paid the balance online. It never said this location was excluded. Tried to pick up my pizza and they said I owed the balance of the pizza (coupon amount) because they're not participating. They refused to try to honor the coupon so I just cancelled the whole order. They said I wasn't the only one who had this problem...so why don't they talk to corporate to fix it??
Ordered through T-Mobile perks, paid successfully and went to pick up they said they do not accept T-Mobile perks and asked me to pay the other amount. Then she canceled the order and did not give the receipt.
Totally uncooperative, missing parts of our order, the wings breading was completely separate from the wings. Staff there swear they can't do anything wrong especially when provided with proof. Terrible location, go somewhere else. Waste of our hard earned money. Whole QC process is a total scam!!
