The lady who took my order is such an inpatient person. She dosent give you time to answer her she stars asking another question. She’s very rude. I’m going to look into start ordering though elsewhere. Your customer service sure went to the pits
Found a fly in the pizza. Manager refused to take responsibility, said it was my fault.
I grew up eating at pizza hut. Back then they emphasized quality food and service. I thought i would give them one more chance. I am never going back. The kid manning the front was rude! Barked at me for my name. No thank you, no greeting. Sub par, over priced pizza. Never again.
The team that used to run this place brought back the classic Pizza Hut experience — great service, attention to detail, and pride in their work. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. This is my second messed-up order in a row, and it’s also my last. The current crew shows little concern for quality or customer service.
