Horrible. Ordered Pizza to be picked up got there and they said someone else already got out pizza which was a lie. Did not want to give a refund. She said now that they have but I haven't seen it on my account. She deliberately keeps hanging up on me. I can believe the audacity of me paying for pizzas and them not giving them to me. And acting mad at me for coming and trying to pick them up?! I do not get the attitude at all. Horrible place and will not order from again.

We ordered three pizzas the total was like $52 and we went to pick it up and the worker at the front desk said someone had already picked it up. With us knowing nobody knew about the pizza or the name there is NO WAY someone couldve picked it up. The woman claimed there was a random man who picked it up and signed for it. The "signing" was just a scribble not even a name to show us who picked it up. She said they don't take confirmation numbers they just take names for the orders.
