Ordered pizza, wings, cinnamon sticks, and chocolate cookie. Order received except forgot cinnamon sticks. Store clerk said would send driver back with them. 45 minutes later still no cinnamon sticks. Call the store get an apology and offers to give a credit. 3 times in a row with forgotten items or wrong items sent. They were amazing up until about 6 or 8 weeks ago!!!

Doesn't know how to answer the phone in order to help customers. On hold for nearly 20 minutes waiting on the store to pick up. Don't even bother to call back either. Nowhere near customer friendly.
