Ordered a pizza with 2 toppings, got it with 1 topping. I paid $2 extra for the 2nd topping. Not only did I not get the pizza I wanted they wouldn't give me back the $2 and my pizza is now cold because they had to figure out what to do. The best they could do was give me a $5 credit towards a future order, which I probably won't use.

I will never order Pizza Hut again! I would provide zero stars if I could. What happened to the cheese sticks. They are crusty bread without flavor and dry cheese. Not sure what's changed but pizza hut has plummeted. YUK!

Tried ordering online for carry out, wouldn’t let me pay at store cause the order was over $50. So I send my husband in and he orders total was $95 and he gets a $100 out to pay and they say they don’t except hundreds??? What the actual hell. That’s almost the total. So my husband has to go find some where to break the $100 just to go back and give the 5 twenty dollar bills just to get $5 back. Honestly stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of. Ordered carry out on app. Showed up about 20 minutes later, app said order was ready…..That was a lie. Man they are slow.

I ordered delivery by phone for $160 order. We waited for over an hour and received no calls concerning the order. When I called to check on it, the automated system informed me that my order had been canceled. I checked my bank account, which showed the full charge pending with no refund. I tried calling several times both the night of and the next day... my calls were dropped. I did finally get ahold of someone who did apologize, saying I should have received a call, but who informed me that I still have to wait for my ref... read more
