I've seen people leave reviews and say they wish there was on option to leave zero stars, that's me right now. Never again will I order from this place. Ordered at 4:00pm for delivery at 5:15pm, it is now 5:50pm and have been trying to call the store directly. Just read other reviews and turns out you can't talk to anyone at the store. Stayed on hold for 15 minutes. The answering service can't cancel an order, you have to call the corporate franchisee and request they contact you for a refund. The most calm, prepared, accommodating, and willing stores and service workers I have ever dealt with. They remember you by name and never forget your preferences. Always and forever will be coming back here for our pizza nights. Thanks for all you guys do!
