We are still waiting on our order and we cannot get through over the phone to anybody that works there! Who knows when our food will arrive! This place should be shut down! Go to the Pizza Hut in Lake Wylie, stay far away from this one in Gastonia.
Came to pick up my online order. Had three employees look at me including a manager not sat anything and go about they business. They can have it.
Came in tonight to pick up an order for a customer through Door Dash and the store was closed. It's always iffy at this store whether it's open or not. I would never trust anyone to make my food there either as I have witnessed burnt and barely any toppings nor sauce. Place is too cheap to make a great pizza unless you make it yourself. Used to be a great store 2 and half years ago but now children run it and don't care. If you can't get the children staff to come into work, then just shut it down. They guys saying they closed at 8pm and just refunding people orders with out calling or notify people this is crazy
Will never go back. Wasn't greeted, store looked empty when I walked in. Ordered wings and was gonna be charged for one ranch with my wings. I thought that came with it. Never again.
