Please close this location my wife has waited two hours for a pizza there is just 1 person working this store on a completely busy day whoever is managing this store should be terminated. Then the girl working is trying her best then she drops the pizzas and has to remake them. Either get them some help or close the store horrible service horrible location
Constantly closed during random days/times-been like this for months
We are still waiting on our order and we cannot get through over the phone to anybody that works there! Who knows when our food will arrive! This place should be shut down! Go to the Pizza Hut in Lake Wylie, stay far away from this one in Gastonia.
Came to pick up my online order. Had three employees look at me including a manager not sat anything and go about they business. They can have it.
