I came here for a Uber eats order and I waited over 20 minutes with no luck. They pretty much pulled me up and forgot about me and when I backed up to the window to ask for the order again, I got nothing but attitude. This is the dead location yet y’all can’t get orders out in less than 20+ minutes maybe because all the employees are outside smoking cigarettes instead of actually working. I don’t work by the hour. Online says 15 minutes. In reality, 1 hour. Says it’s ready but they hadn’t put it in the oven yet. Don’t ever go to the Pizza Hut on Chester St in Gastonia! Terrible!!!!!!!!
When I come here the staff is usually wonderful however every time we order from here my sons cheesy Alfredo pasta gets messed up and this time not only did it get messed up once but twice. Once was chicken Alfredo and I had it remade and the second time it’s literally cheesy bread shoved in a bowl. I know yall can do better.
I got a completely different order.. and with that being said… this is what I received burnet and not seasoned .
Never get anything right always forget something. And then purposefully turn off the phone so they don't have to fix there mistakes.
