We did an online order tried to call the store to confirm they were making the pizza correctly. Get sent to a call center in some other country Pizza got delivered, made totally incorrectly. Cannot get in touch with anybody at the store to save my life. Pizza Hut you’ve gone way downhill.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Received my order after what took 45 minutes for delivery. I tried contacting store which was another 30 minutes and counting still waiting to speak with someone. I received my order with roaches in and on the box. DONT EAT HERE!!!!!!t Still on hold….I will be contacting BBB
I ordered online and waited until order was ready. I was 5 minutes away. When I arrived for pickup 5 cars were in line .I waited patiently for 20 minutes.needlless to say my pizza was cold and not very good. However the guy at the window was very polite and he probably couldn't help the service. I feel like I wasted 13.00 on a cold pizza
Google maps in my opinion are so agrivating!!! I wish they would update or fix them every 12 hours they are so bad in my opinion. I travel alot.
Pizza Hut on Chester st Gastonia nc I’ve had a couple negative situations where they’ve been out of items early in the day but today after placing an online order and paid for it I’m told later in the day that they sold all of that item, yes I’m done with Pizza Hut
