Been ordering from here for 10 years but will never order here again. Made an order for delivery and it didn't arrive. I tried to call the store and it forwarded me to some central call center who couldn't help me. They forwarded me to what was supposed to be the local store, but the phone literally just rang and rang for over 10 minutes with no one picking up. No way to check on the order status. I got a text from # 31524 saying " Buy a large menu-priced pizza & get a large FREE with code FREELARGE through 4/20. Exclu apply." When I went to redeem the coupon it said that I needed to buy 2 large pizza's to get one free. This is false advertising and will affect all my buying decisions for pizza in the future. I talked to the person at the location and he said that they don't honor all coupons.
I was very upset by the way they made our pizzas, there was very little sauce. This was despite the fact that I ordered extra sauce.
