I schedule an order for 10:30 and it comes an hour and a half early with a message saying "To get your order to you faster, our 3rd party delivery partner is OTW!" I didn't want them to bring it to me early.. that's why I scheduled it. And they don't pick up the phone. Ridiculous.

The $2 personal pan pizza on Tuesdays is an awesome deal.
Late, overcooked, no utensils and toppings slid off pizza. I can deal with the order being a little late, not a big deal. Went to eat my pasta, in my hotel room, and they didnt give me the plastic fork they normally provide. Not like I have that on hand.... used my room key to eat it and it was crunchy and over cooked. Not even covered... Pizza toppings all slid to one side of pizza, it was luke warm and also over cooked. Pretty disappointing... Thanks Pizza Hut...
